Requesting a Refund

If you’re eligible for a refund (e.g., for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items), please contact our customer support team with the details above.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, with tags, if applicable) for a refund to be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Printed Orders Policy

Please note that orders with any form of printing (e.g., names, numbers, or custom designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, as these items are personalized and cannot be resold by Football Shirts Direct.

The only exception is if you can provide suitable proof of a manufacturing fault on the shirt (e.g., defective stitching or material issues).

In such cases, please include clear photos and a description of the fault when contacting us.

Quality Assurance

Our quality checking team randomly inspects items before they are packaged for dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards. However, if you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, please reach out, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
